Cross Continent Pageant Promotes Culture, Leadership and Drug Awareness

Contestants from several countries gathered in Dublin for a multicultural pageant that combined cultural celebration with an educational message about drug prevention.

Twenty-four women from seven countries participated in the programme, which was attended by approximately 450 guests at the Church of Scientology & Community Centre.

The pageant was organised by Miss & Mrs Cross Continent Events Ltd., with support from Broccoli Care Ltd. and cooperation from The Truth About Drugs Ireland.

Drug education formed an important part news europe of the event, with guided exhibition tours introducing visitors to information about commonly used drugs. Contestants were encouraged to prepare by studying drug-prevention materials, and a number of them completed every available online course.

The principal title was awarded to Niveditha Vudayagiri, a software engineer who holds a master’s degree in AI. The first runner-up title went to Fortunate Lindokuhle Masina, followed by Yuki Yuliatin as second runner-up.
